Environmental Workshop

The members of ONEWORLD held an environmental workshop to teach the students about the different ways to recycle, most notably ecobricks.

Contents of the workshop: 

1. Introduction to general pollution

2. Introducing students to the concept of recycling and the fact that certain plastics are difficult to recycle - common examples are plastic bags, chip packets, etc

3. Introduce them to recycling categories (what is difficult to recycle and what is easy to recycle)

4. Bringing us to ecobricks, which allows us to use these plastics for other purposes

5. Explains how it prevents waste from going to landfills and potentially oceans or other environments. 

6. Explain how to create ecobricks
